He is Truly Risen!

April 21. Commemoration of our Holy Hieromartyr Janarius and his companion and of the Holy Hieromartyr Theodore of Pergia.

  Janarius and his companion were martyred under Emperor Diocletian at the beginning of the fourth century. His remains are venerated in Naples, Italy.

Scripture Memory

“He gave her his hand and raised her up, and when he had called the holy ones and the widows, he presented her alive” (Acts 9:41).

“Jesus said to him, ‘Rise, take up your mat, and walk.’ Immediately the man became well, took up his mat, and walked” (John 5:8-9).
